When we say we want to build strong relationships that means we actually want to spend the time and effort on getting to know you. Hopefully that means on the golf course, but if not we also like sporting events, Broadway shows, concerts, bike tours, art festivals, civic events, coaching and mentoring youth athletes, eating and out, and really getting to know our candidates and customers. Who wants to simply conduct transactions? For too many people in our eyes! Get to know us and you'll find that we do as good of a job as anyone else out there in our industry, but our extra effort on the personal front is why people want to work with us again and again. Life is too short - we work hard, but we make if fun!

We continually screen applicants for relevant skills, communication effectiveness, professionalism, and character. Our belief is that every candidate must be trusted and loved by our clients. We recruit good people who are likable, dependable, and overly capable for the requirements our clients have.
